Location
The University of Melbourne’s main campus is in Parkville, an inner suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It also has several associated rural and regional campuses in the State of Victoria.
The Department of Finance is located on the 2nd floor of the Economics and Commerce Building at the Parkville Campus of the University of Melbourne (see the map on the right for details).

Getting there
Train
Train travellers alight at Melbourne Central station, exiting via the Swanston Street exit. Any tram on Swanston Street heading North-West named "University" will arrive at the new “tram super stop” at Melbourne University.
Bus
Two bus services take you to the doorstep of the University of Melbourne. The bus stop for both services is outside the Arts Centre of the University of Melbourne on Swanston Street:
- 205 - Melbourne University - Doncaster Shoppingtown (via Kew Junction & Bulleen)
- 546 - Heidelberg - Melbourne University - Queen Victoria Market (via Clifton Hill & Carlton)

Travelling by car
If travelling by car, enter the University via Swanston Street or Royal Parade. Details can be found on Melway Map 43 or any online street map. Due to the limited amount of public car parking available, it is highly recommended to travel by public transport whenever possible.

Once on campus
If you enter the campus via Swanston Street at Gate 4, walk up Monash Road until you reach Wilson Hall. Turn right and walk through the Old Law quadrangle arcade until you reach Cussonia Court. You will then continue past the right hand side of the Old Arts building. Turn left when you are on the Professor's walk and enter the Economics and Commerce Building (Nr. 148 on the map).
If you enter the campus via Royal Parade at Gate 12, walk up Genetics Lane and then turn left into Medical Road. The Economics and Commerce Building is situated on your right hand side.
