PhD Completion
Brett Shanahan (and his supervisors Professor Paul Kofman, Dr John Handley and Dr Roberto Raimondo) for successfully completing all requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy with his thesis Multi Dimensional Stochastic Volatility and its Application to Option Pricing.

Congratulations to Dr Harry Scheule whose paper “Rating Impact on CDO Evaluation” (co-authored with Daniel Roesch) was accepted for publication in the Global Finance Journal. The research project was partially funded by the Melbourne Centre for Financial Studies.

Congratulations also to Professor Bruce Grundy whose paper “Combining Skill and Capital: Alternative Mechanisms for Achieving an Optimal Fund Size” was accepted for publication in the Pacific Basin Finance Journal.
